All abstracts should be submitted in a structured format (Title, Purpose, Methods, Results and Conclusions). The abstract should not exceed 250 words. (excluding title, author details and author affiliation)
For Challenging Cases/Videos
Abstracts should be submitted in a non-structured format (Title, Brief summary of the case, Conclusions). The abstract should not exceed 150 words. (excluding title, author details and author affiliations)
Non-Competitive Section:
State Representation
To be presented at a special session where member states will present their ROP related work done so far and the road ahead. If there is more than one submission from a state, the Scientific Committee will select one based on the abstract.
The abstract should be submitted in non-structured format non exceeding 500 words and should include:
Your intervention
The journey of ROP project in your state including disease burden & challenges
Future Prospects and how the IROP society can play a role
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS DURING SUBMISSION
The presenting author's name should be mentioned first in the sequence of authors and should be underlined.

Presenting authors are required to register for the conference.
Last date for receipt of abstracts is 15th April, 2025.
Acceptance notification will be sent by email to the presenting author latest by 1st May, 2025.
