    Important Guidelines:
  • Conference Registration is mandatory for all the delegates.
  • Ensure to wear a registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area.
  • Registration is non-transferable.
  • PG Students will have to submit a letter of recommendation from HOD-Head of the Department/Institute.
  • Mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat.
    For spot registrations:
  • Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to the availability.
  • Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate.
  • Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays /failure of deliver by post or failure of electronic communication.
  • Provide your iROP membership number, if applicable.
  • Entry of the Spouse/Accompanying Person Delegate may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellations request should be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat – irop2025jaipur@gmail.com
  • Cancellations request received till 31st May 2025 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
  • No refund for cancellations request made after 31st May 2025.
  • The refund process will begin only 20 days after the completion of the conference.
